Dear Parent,

The world around us is changing rapidly with global connectivity, smart machines and new media. It’s critical for our students to thrive and explore the world of opportunities and possibilities. We not only need to focus on academic rigor but also enable our students to understand their true potential, give them knowledge of career options available and empower them to explore their dreams and aspirations.

We are happy to inform you that our school is participating in “National Career Assessment (NCA)” conducted by Association of School for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC) as part of our career guidance program. National Career Assessment is based on Career Education and Development Framework, a scientifically proven approach for career assessment, education and development.

It is a computer based assessment integrating personality, career interest, values, skills and abilities into a single instrument to match personality-environment fit with appropriate skills and abilities. NCA would provide a personalized Student Career Report (SCR) that would help you understand your child better and mentor your child to select and achieve a fulfilling career. NCA report acts as a career guide for the student, enabling him/her to think and plan about the future development. You could know more about the program from www.asisc.org/nca

Online NCA is to be conducted in the school’s computer lab on 14th September, 2016 during school hours.
