To unearth and unlock potentials, thereby creating leaders capable of lifelong learning and independent thought. To this end we will do everything in our power to create an educational system that maximises potential, encourages the use of technology and extends out of the textbook and into real life.

TO ACHIEVE OUR MISSION

To this end, our methods are directed at the four integral groups we need to address and explicitly state what we wish to achieve with respect to each of these. It goes without saying that we believe that each of these components is vital, if education is to be meaningful.

WITH RESPECT TO OUR STUDENTS

  • Create and develop individuals with high self-esteem and confidence
  • Inspire within them the desire to lead from the front and assume positions of responsibility
  • Awaken an individual’s intellect from an early stage by focusing on reasoning skills, imagination, problem solving, decision making and internal reflection
  • Encourage the exploration of a multiplicity of ideas, educational and recreational,  so as to develop all facets of a child
  • Fulfil our pledge to a value based education by showing our students the imperative of hard work, compassion, integrity, tolerance and discernment
  • Make technology and its benefits accessible to all our students so that they are abreast of their counterparts worldwide
  • Foster a spirit of sharing so that our students will use their knowledge and skills to make a difference to the global village they are part of

 WITH RESPECT TO OUR TEACHERS

  •  Promote their sensitivity towards and respect for each student in the classroom
  •  Motivate and sustain enthusiasm in the work environment so that students are taught by teachers who  can keep pace with their rapidly growing curiosity
  •  Consistently update their knowledge and skill bank so that they grow as professionals

WITH RESPECT TO OUR PARENT BODY

  •  Provide essential support to the parenting function
  •  Explore and discover new ways to engage students in productive activities
  •  Create a platform for dialogue between the school and the parent body thereby sharing a common  understanding of education related issues

WITH RESPECT TO THE EDUCATIONAL FRATERNITY

  • Raise the standards of performance in education by consistently examining our internal methods, approaches and techniques
  • Offer and share our resources so that we can be part of the greater wave of learning
  • Encourage the concept of student-teachers so as to create a second rung of educational entrants
